Question: How do you Test the Material that is used in the product ?
Answer: KR have got an in-house Material Testing Laboratory, having all the important Testing Equipments including all Types of Chemicals, Ovens, Heaters and other Testing Machines Required to check the Quality of the Final Component as well the Raw material before it is put to use.

Question: What standards do the company follow for the Quality Production ?
Answer: Company is an ISO-9002 company approved by UL, USA so it follows all the Norms for the ISO unit which adheres to all the ISO Procedures and Policies.

Question: How do the Company delivers the finished Product ?
Answer: We have our existing arrangements with the approved transportation and goods forwarding agents who lift the goods from our premises and delivers them systematically, safely at the clients doorstep. Further it is cross checked by the sales team for the prompt and safe delivery of the product at any given destination with the country. For our overseas clientele in North America we forward the goods to our Branch location at Brampton ON, Canada and from there it is despatched to the destination at the best and quickest mode of transportation. For all other countries we directly export to the destination address for prompt delivery on agreed terms.

Question: How much time is taken by the company for production, if fresh Order is procured ?
Answer: It actually depends upon the quantity of the order procured (in pieces/number) and off course the standards and tests that the final product is required to pass as per its specifications.

Question: How much minimum or maximum quantity can be ordered at one time ?
Answer: There is no minimum or maximum order requirements. We assure prompt delivery for any quantity order provided we are covering our production\selling cost and forwarding expenses to the destination which also includes all duties and taxes.
